How to engage private banking clients who prefer no apps?

This project is confidential and under NDA. Concept shown does not fully represent actual design, just illustrates approach.
Many product designers and managers would like to create the best, all-powerful app packed with premium features. After initial analysis and research, it was clear that this project will deliver anything like that.
Research and initial exploration
These clients are used to personal and direct approach, not screens and app interfaces. Things are done for them. They just wanted to reach their banker, say what they need, and be done. Trying to push them into self-service would just add friction into their lives.
Concept
We built several concepts, tested alignment with our personas and after several rounds of interviews, testing and redesigning we came with final, approved concept.
Our solution: still provide all banking functionality, but focus on human connection.
Navigation was drastically simplified. Section home with banking producrs and functionality and Personal banker section.
Personal banking section connects user with their assigned personal bank manager who is always ready to help as well as a provides place to see and track submitted requests, all related documents, etc.
The concept was highly appreciated and well-received by both the client and stakeholders.
