As a product designer I was member of a small team which worked on redesign and improvement of internet banking as well as mobile banking application. Our priority was simplicity and intuitive use.

Working closely with product managers, service designers, and IT suppliers, we simplified complex banking processes into a clean, user-friendly experience for this bank's niche customer base.
